AUTAR SINGH’S PRESENTATION AT MGC EGM … PART 2: Numbering of Sawaeeyay and Chaupai, Create Controversy

The following continues is the discussion of the presentation of Autar Singh at the MGC EGM.

Autar’s presentation has been split into parts and each part analysed.  What he says is in summarised in black text and the comments in red text.  Please refer to the video slides which relate to the text below.

BANEES JAAP, SAWAEEYAY AND CHAUPAI
There is a problem with the Banees (he means Banis from DG Jaap, Sawaeeyay and Benti Chaupai).  Jaap Sahib has no issues.   
NUMBERING IN SAWAEEYAY
Autar says he wants to talk about two matters.  One is Sawayeeyay in the Akaal Ustat.  The numbering of the Sawayeeyays is 21 to 30.  But the numbering in the Gutkay is from 1 to 10.  Who change the numbering from 21 to 30 to 1 to 10? This claim is strictly not TRUE.  In the Akaal Ustat for Tav Parsaad Sawayeeyay.  The stanzas are numbered from 1 to 10, but with a second number.  See extract of first two stanzas from searchgurani.com and the second from Gobind Sadan Dasam Granth Akaal Ustat.170618 Autar P2 PIC

 
NUMBERING IN CHAUPAI
He then moves to Kabio Bach Benti Chaupai which is part of Charitro Pakhyan.  It is numbered from 377 to 401.  But why in our Gutkay it is 1 to 25?This statement is CORRECT.  The numbering in the Gutkay is numbered as stated.  

Note that this is only a numbering change.  The message in the Bani is not changed. THE TEACHING IS NOT IN THE NUMBERING.  This numbering is likely because the Banti Chaupai is an extract from a larger composition.  BUT bringing up this numbering is very HYPOCRITCAL of Autar.  Does he read the full Anand Sahib during his Rehras?  He would be reading 6 stanzas.  Why does he skip 34 stanzas?  In skipping 34 stanzas, the full message is not there.  How can he accept this skipping but questions the numbering in Chaupai?  He wants to create controversy. 

 
NUMBERING CHANGE
Who changed that (Sawayaee and Chaupai numbering).  WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THAT (He made this statement aggressively).  WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE GURBANI IF YOU TREAT IT AS GURBANI. What about ANAND SAHIB – This is a more serious matter.  Removing 34 Stanzas.  He is prepared to recite ANAND SAHIB daily leaving our 34 Stanzas BUT HAS THE CHEEK to question a numbering change, which has no impact on the Gurbani message, in the Gutka.  

This is HYPOCRISY OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.  

What else is this but to create CONTROVERSY.

He is the KING of creating CONTROVERSY.  He questioned the Gurpuri Video labelling them NEFARIOUS. 

BUT he himself is alleged to have barred the children in PEC schools from singing DEH SIVA. 

Again HYPOCRISY OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.
