On January 10th, 2013 evening Panthic.org sewadars along GurSikhs from Akhand Kirtani Jatha, and several local Gurdwara committees met Sarbjit Dhunda at a private residence in Ceres, California for a discussion on various Sikhi related topics.
Before the Q&A session even started, Sarbjit Dhunda indicated that he was not comfortable having this discussion video recorded and asked for any video recording equipment to be turned off. There were about 20-25 individuals present, including keys members of various Gurdwara committees, during this discussion that lasted a little more than an hour.
QUESTION 4: (Association with Ex-communicated individuals)
A representative from one of the committee members asked Sarbjit Dhunda about his association with individuals who have ex-communicated from the Khalsa Panth.
This question was in relation to Dhunda’s association with ex-communicated heretic Ragi Darshan who was dejected from the Khalsa Panth in January of 2010.
SARBJEET DHUNDA stated that he had attended a wedding where Ragi Darshan Singh was also a guest, and that the host family asked him (Dhunda) to honor the Ragi with a Siropa on their behalf, and he had fulfilled their request at the end of the program.
SARBJEET DHUNDA attempted to justify this action by claiming that the siropa was not actually from him, but from the host family, and he was merely following their instructions and giving him the siropa on their behalf. Dhunda at this time stated that he does not even recall if this occurred before or after Ragi’s ex-communication.

Several Gurdwara committee members again scolded Dhunda for going against Sri Akal Takht Sahib Maryada and Panthic norms by honoring ex-communicated individuals who had done so much harm to the Sikh Panth.
SARBJEET DHUNDA, who was clearly dumbfounded by all the admonishment, could only lower his head and state that it is possible that this (honoring Ragi) occurred after his ex-communication, but provided not further justification or apology for his actions.

Ragi Darshan Singh Excommunicated

So called Ragi Darshan Singh was asked to appear at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib on 5th December 2009, 7th January 2010 and 29th January 2010, to clarify his stand regarding the blasphemous remarks he made on the life of Dasmesh Pita Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib. However, due to his ego and for being self centered and selfish he chose to defy ‘Guru Granth’ and ‘Guru Panth’ and failed to appear before Panj Singh Sahibaans at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib
Sangat might remember that on 8 Jan 2008 Sri Akal Takhat Sahib had given Aadesh to be aware of Darshan Singh Ragi’s nefarious and false prachaar. Sri Akal Takhat Sahib also advised Ragi to refrain from making false, baseless and irrational statements. On 6 June 2008 Sri Akal Takhat also sent a ‘loving’ message to the Ragi to refrain from making statements in Gurmat Samagams and in media that would lead to confusion among sangat. However Ragi ignored all the Hukams and messages of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib and continued to cause distress and confusion among Sangat. He even compared the Singh Sahibaans with ‘Massa Ranghar’ and used very objectionable language in his notes.
After deliberating on all the above cases and issues Darshan Singh Ragi is declared excommunicated from the Sikh Panth for being a ‘Guru Nindak’ and an enemy of ‘Guru Panth’. Having lost the pride of being a part of the Sikh panth he no more holds any right which a Sikh deserves. All the ‘Guru Nanak Naam Leva Gursikhs’ who consider Sri Guru Granth Sahib as their Guru and Guru Gobind Singh Sahib as their father are ordered to snap all relations pertaining to ‘Roti’ and ‘Beti’ with Darshan Singh Ragi.
All the Sikh sangats of India and abroad are ordered not to allow Darshan Singh Ragi and his supporters to speak from a Sikh stage and to give any support. The one who fails to implement this would be the Tankhaiya of Guru Panth.
WHERE IS THE SIKHI IN MALALYSIA LEADING TO?
The Sangat has effectively GIVEN an OPEN CHEQUE to MGC in association with GSC to sign away the Sikhi in Malaysia to the Kala Afghana/ Ragi Darshan Ideology.
Now the actual consequence of this is very worrying. It is very bleak for Sikhi as has been practiced since our forefathers.
